Whilst we try to get as close as possible to the product images, all products are subject to availability. In the event of some of the contents not being available we reserve the right to substitute a product with an equivalent value alternative without notice.
Deliveries are between 8AM and 6PM. If you request a time we will endeavour to accommodate it but we cannot guarantee specific times. Please note that if there is no response at the recipient’s address we will attempt to leave the order with a neighbour, we will also post a calling card advising the recipients of which neighbour the order was delivered to. In the event there is no response from both the recipient and the neighbour, the item may be left at the property if the driver can find a location deemed safe at the property. The recipient will then be advised to where it has been left.
You can request for the items not to be delivered to a neighbour or left at the property in a safe place. In this case we will return the items back to the shop for collection. A card will again be left to advise the recipient of the location of their order.
In the event that the items are for a funeral, we will guarantee to deliver the funeral items at least 2 hours prior to the service. This is providing the order is placed 2 days before the service. If you have or are going to place an order within 2 days please contact us via phone or email to check availability. Our contact details can be found at the top and bottom of all pages.
We offer free local delivery on all orders over £25, this is limited to SS11 & SS12 postcodes only. All other areas will have dedicated delivery charges which will be presented at checkout.
We shall not accept liability for failing to deliver due to an act of god including fire, flood, storm, earthquake, any natural disasters or disasters of any other kind that is out of our control. Prices may vary at certain times of the year which is usually Christmas, valentines day, mothers day and easter due to the higher than normal wholesale price of flowers.
